Do you have instructions for hanging wallpaper?
Wallpaper hanging instructions are sent with every order. Please read this before starting to fit your wallpaper, you can also find a wallpaper hanging instructions page in the "About" dropdown menu.
What is your returns policy?
No goods can be returned without prior arrangement. All refunds are strictly limited to the replacement of faulty wallpaper, fabrics and sewn goods. Please examine your order as soon as possible and contact us immediately if goods have arrived damaged. Please keep all documents in relation to this delivery.

Wallpaper and Fabrics - Please inspect all fabrics and wallpapers before cutting them. We cannot offer refunds on products that have already been cut into. Please read all wallpaper/fabric instructions before installing. As our products are hand-finished, it is the nature of the product that minor imperfections may occur.
What are your lead times?
An estimated lead-time for each product can be found in its product description. All wallpapers and fabrics are made to order, and can take from 1-28 days to be produced. Sewn goods will take from 1-14 days before they are shipped.

Can I order wallpaper/fabric samples?
Samples of our wallpaper and fabrics can be purchased from our store, simply find the design and colour you wish to sample and use the dropdown menu to select the sample option.
Can I make a change to my online order?
Unfortunately we don’t have a way to alter orders online once they have been placed, however if you contact us within 24 hours of the order being placed we may be able to alter the order before it goes into full production.
